Untitled
Photography
Through these photographs I was looking to convey the commonalities and differences in the extent to which people consciously project and image of themselves emotionally and physically, and to juxtapose this with a more severe, though unguarded look at each subject. I arrived at this idea through the refining, stylising and intellectualising of previous, more aesthetic ideas on the relationships between people and through the representation of place, their own selves. The medium employed was chosen as I have had prior interests in photography and chose subjects to whom I am close in order to accurately and effectively portray my intentions.
Nell Isabella Pearson
Watershed
Painting
My portraits seek to encapsulate the watershed between adolescence and adulthood. The bleeding, dribbling stains of watercolour reveal the fragility and tenderness of this defining segue. The sparse incomplete traces of paint on the breath of the raw, chalky paper are tailored to the incompletion of self, the nakedness of uncertainty. My intimate relationship with each subject rendered an honesty and sincerity in their faces, captured in moments of deep emotion and vulnerability.
Art is often a vicarious exploration of oneself. Where we traffic into subject matter, through tone and colour, the truth dribbles out obliquely. With watercolour, my aim is to reveal, and my practice is to conceal. On these occasions we enter art to hide within it. It’s where we go to save ourselves.

Normally I'm not very interested in wasting money on purchasing WAY expensive, branded, limited edition shoes which cost $$$ but i really can't help it. I wish i had a sneekers collection like Justin Timberlake, that lucky mole has got over 1000 sneekers he says he's worn only once -each-.
Going through the latest issue of Hyped DC's first. magazine (i like to save money and collect FREE mags from shops, lol) I found these rad sneekerz.

SHUBAR - Corey limited $120: Dudeee you have no idea how bad i want these sholezzzz. lol Only cool people have these, and i am way cool so i must get them.

PUMA - Sky 2 "St Patty's" $160: Gay name but the shoes are fucking rad, aussie pride-icious ROFL

Dean 95 $???: I WANT MY SILVER MOON BOOTS!!!!!
I now have a habbit of uploading photos onto my blogs. Just give my lj more life and less boringness everytime i type up a huge Paragraph, people (eg. me) might get too lazy to read my posts. I seriously don't have much to say about my life atm :-) I'm happy the way it is, except the stress from school.
Thank's for reading YO!

They look pretty good, the better looking ones were at Hyped dc and the price was $120. I want them so bad! but got no money. Dalena got the $30 pair one. lol We also went to JB Hi Fi and bough the Paramore limited edition Vinyl. Its just like an album but its on a big CD disc thing that can only be played on them vintage Disc players. I'll show you what it looks like when i take a photo of Our Paramore Puddle, Like Chris Crocker's Britney pool. lol

music: I've Got All This Ringing In My Ears And None On My Fingers - Fall Out Boy
Yesrerday we went on an excursion to the Art Gallery Of NSW. It was quite a fun time had by all, i think. Well i had fun so thats all good. The day started quite normal. I have this addiction to straightening my hair lol I dunno, feels extremely good. Hope that didn't sound too dirty, if it did then its you'r fault for having a filthy mind. We got our rolls marked, got onto the bus and started driving to the city. It was a long long drive and it seemed like 5 hours. I sat next to some girl i strangely do not know. Probably a new import for Europe. lol kidding.
When we got to the city we had recess at the park outside The Art Gallery. The city looks so calm. I wished i live their, or move their one day after i graduate from high school and go uni, I'd like a room on one of them tall towers. Well i'll get back to the point and talk about ME later :D lol The food at the park was like fucking expensive! it costed a whopping $7.50 for like 4 sandwiches the size of my palm. Rip to the core. So i bought a pack of red rock which tasted like rock.
We took photos to do our work at home and went around the art express section to take photos of all the artworks. Lang and I nearly took a photo of every artwork. lol I ended up with like 111 photos.
Here were the best few that were inspirational to me:

the entrance to the Art Gallery, but we took the back way in.

One of my FAV. His concept was also meaningful.

This is fucking rad.

This is the sort of stuff i would do. lawlz
thats all :]

The first ever base principles of optic and the camera were actually described by the Chinese and Greek philosophers in the 5th-4th centuries BC. Isaac Newton then later discovered that the composition of different colours was created from white light. This was when people started to get curious about capturing images and inventing a device that can operate and do these things. Later in 1814, Joseph Nicéphore Niépce was the first man to obtain the first photographic image with the ‘Camera Obscura’. The image needed 8 hours of light exposure before it faded away. It was later discovered that images can still be a whole photo without fading when Daguerre’s first daguerreotype (named after himself) had a fixed image and only took under 30 minutes of light exposure. All this occurred during the history of the Camera.
Cameras are what people today use to keep a memory of a special moment in their lives, advertising goods and products and many other useful things. Cameras can also be used to create an image of art, fashion, music and things that appeal to the modern teenagers today who choose to follow these trends that photography usually inform them on. They don’t want pages of visualizing text, they need something bold, daring and eye catching, a photo worth than a thousand words. Without cameras there wouldn’t be any evidence without word explanation on the media and the news wouldn’t get to around to those who are more interested in viewing photos rather than reading the articles. Photos have benefited us in many ways. Without. History would be more unbelievable and hard to believe without these photos that are explained in the story. People today usually wouldn’t care less if they didn’t have the evidence, usually given by photographs from cameras.
